Tournament Team Tryouts

Hello NHBSA Parents and Players,
On Sunday April 28th we will be holding tryouts for our tournament teams in the Bronco and Mustang divisions. Tryouts will be held on Field 2 at the following times:
Mustang: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Bronco: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Any age group not listed for tryouts will still play the traditional end of season all star tournaments. Mustang and Bronco divisions will begin playing in season tournaments in addition to regular season ball. There will NOT be traditional All Star teams for Bronco and Mustang outside of these tournament teams.
A few updates to the Tournament Team packet:
1. Tryout fee will be waived due to the availability of NHBSA field. However, upon selection to the team, you will be required to pay a $25 roster fee to hold your roster spot. Any player not selected, will owe nothing for trying out.
2. The total cost of the team is to be set at $225 per player. That cost does not include further indoor rental space, however a little extra money is budgeted in the event weather forces us to move indoors at some point. Payment Schedule is still the same as what is listed within the Tournament Team package. ANY UNUSED FUNDS WILL BE RETURNED.
3. Fundraising details will be provided upon selection to the team, roster spot fee is paid and signed agreements are handed in.
We are hoping to enter the Mustang team in the Riverview baseball tournament 5/23 – 5/26. Bronco start date is TBD.
Any questions, feel free to contact the Tournament Director Dave Stubenbort at 412-616-0270.
Thank You,
-NHBSA Board of Directors
